The grids (or lists) in Ascendis Caller ID used for displaying Calls, Calls Report, Contacts, and Actions have common features:
| • | Columns can be added or removed by clicking the widget in the upper left corner of the grid ( ) |
| • | Most can be sorted by clicking on the column heading |
| • | Most can be filtered by clicking the down arrow that appears on the column heading when holding the mouse over it ( ) |
| • | Column widths can be changed by holding the mouse cursor over the column heading dividers and then dragging the column width as desired |
| • | Columns can be reordered by clicking on a column heading and dragging it left or right |
