Ascendis Caller ID can popup the caller in Outlook.  This does not work in Outlook Express.

 

Requirements

You must have Outlook installed on your computer.

 

To Do This

1) In Ascendis Caller ID, open the General Options window.

2) Change "New incoming caller action" to "Show in Outlook".

3) Click OK to close the Options window and save the changes.

 

Now when Ascendis Caller ID receives a call from a caller that is not in the Contact List, it will open the caller's contact in Outlook, if it exists.

 

If the caller exists in the Ascendis Caller ID Contact List, the associated action will be performed instead.
