The Restore Initial Database command destructively replaces the current Ascendis Caller ID database with the empty database used on new installs.  Ascendis Caller ID will offer to backup the existing database before overwriting it.  You will then be given a chance to cancel your request.

Please make a backup of the current database before restoring in case you change your mind.  There is no "undo" command!
