Ascendis Caller ID requires the following to provide complete caller id support:

•Windows Vista, Windows XP, or Windows 2000
•Properly configured modem or other device with Type 1 (original) caller id support through TAPI, or a Whozz Calling? device
•Caller id service from your phone company

 

 

Note that many modems do not support Type 1 caller id.

 

Outgoing call tracking requires a Whozz Calling? device.
