Ascendis Software LLC - Caller ID Help

Ascendis Caller ID requires the following to provide complete caller id support:

•	Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP

•	Properly configured modem or other device with Type 1 (original) caller id support through TAPI, or a Whozz Calling? device, or a Skype account with Skype installed

•	Caller ID service from your phone company

Note that many modems do not support Type 1 caller id.

Outgoing call tracking requires a Whozz Calling? device or Skype.
