Q: I want to run DiskVision on three computers. Do I have to buy three copies?
A: Yes. DiskVision is licensed per computer. You must purchase a copy for each computer you want to run it on.

Q: What happens after I buy DiskVision?
A: Our order processor sends us the order. Then our automated systems create a registration for you and send it to you by email.

Q: How do I get the registration message?
A: After you order DiskVision, we will send you the registration message by email.

Q: Is it hard to install the registration?
A: No, it's quite easy. The registration message will include installation
instructions. Basically you just copy the message in your email
program and paste it into DiskVision. That's all there is to it!

Q: My email doesn't support attachments. Can I still
register DiskVision?
A: Yes. The registration message is text and we
send it in the body of the email message. You just have to copy
the message in your email program and paste it into DiskVision.

Q: I'm currently using the trial version of DiskVision for
free. Why should I pay to register it?
A: The trial version will stop working after 30 days.

Q: What about program updates?
A: Minor updates are free. Minor updates usually include bug fixes
and "minor" feature enhancements, and are indicated by changes in
the version number after the first
decimal point. Registered users can simply download the latest version from the
product page and install it in the existing program directory.

Q: Do you accept purchase orders?
A: Yes, we accept purchase orders through one of our online stores for orders over $100. You must first fill out the
online form to get the total amount, mailing address, and fax number. Be sure to select "Purchase Order" as "Method of payment" on the order form. This option will not be available until the total price is at least $100, which means you have to order at least six licenses.
The second page of the online form contains instructions on how to complete your purchase. Be sure to print the page and include it when you mail or fax your purchase order.
