Ascendis Caller ID is distributed as a trial version, which can be run for 30 days.  In order to continue using it beyond 30 days, you must register it.  In general terms, here is the registration process:

 

1) Fill out the Ascendis Caller ID order form on the internet

2) Receive email registration message

3) Copy registration message to the Windows clipboard

4) Restart Ascendis Caller ID
